I'm looking for a already welded hard title frame with a title. I'm in Illinois and is possible for pickup. Will pay for shipping too so let me know. I'm starting a build and would like a frame to get it started and running before summer.

There is a guy on Milwaukee CL that says he does xs hardtails. Maybe you can take your frame to him or if you don't have a title he might have a titled frame...
