Yahoo! I get a reboot of my original XS-1

Hi All,

I just signed up to this great forum. My first NEW motorcycle was the first XS-1 around as a high school senior back in 1970. Best bike ever!!! I rode it across the country many times, mostly solo. Such great memories! So, as if by divine providence, I found this bike's twin...and in excellent, excellent condition. I'm having it shipped to the Bay Area and should have it in a couple of weeks. My main ride is a BMW K1600gtl but the XS has always been my inspiration! I paid a whopping $1245 for my first one and a wee bit more for this... My late brother also had one and we were like twins on twin XS's.

I too, have a lot of memories of one of these back when I was in high school, thus my current fondness (obsession? LOL) with the early ones!
