Bs38's have no barbs at the manifold to use when syncing. Instead they use a port that is normally capped off but a barbed hose fitting can be installed in place of them when syncing.

They look like this(fitting at bottom middle of pic)

I'v been hunting for them for over an hour and I am unable to find anywhere to buy them. They are M6 x 1.00 barbed hose fitting that accept 3/16" hose(4mm would probably work as well)

No luck on Ebay, Amazon, Fastenal, or McMaster. Anybody else I should try? Pretty frustrating..

Maybe if you have some, you could let me borrow them.. eh? eh?:D

Try 650 Central. 3M used to stock them.
I THINK the fitting is the same as the one that goes in the early petcocks.
If so Vintage cycle has 7 in stock at $20 a pop.

Link? I used some grease fittings. grind them on the grinding wheel just till the check ball falls out, threads right in.

Drilling the zerk works as well and won't shorten the zerk.
And zerks can be found locally pretty cheap.

I wasn't sure how much shorter they would come out.
I reccomend drilling because more people have a drill than a grinder.
