Those wires and positions is exactly the same as mine. A Toshiba S-8515 - 3G1 500K2

Would that be stock for 1980 then?
Sorry should have said the same as i had. Bought it with a bunch of electrical parts from an 80 and later from the US

My tank came today. Cleaned up the neck area of the frame to allow it to go on.

Finished welding up the frame and got the spring mounts on. Got it down on two wheels again.

Ok so I received a good alternator setup in the mail today. Also picked up my nylon screws to keep from turning my battery into a Mr. Fusion. I've got all the pieces and parts rounded up to make my seat then I'll be onto putting together my new wiring harness to see how it rides before I go much further...

Yesterday I bought everything I need (almost) to make my wiring harness. Got to thinking later tho... I was an idiot. I got a single gang Buss 6 fuse block. I'm going to run my input power thru my ignition switch so everything fused is switched. Well I plan on only running 4 fuses with 2 spares. If I do that am I not going to need a 40 amp switch if I only run 10 amp fuses? Or am I not thinking right? Moment of stupidity was when I bought a 10 amp switch to power up a complete fuse block...
