Leslie's Tracker Build

Sorry Dude I dont follow flat tracking, I prefer Road racing, Motorcross and Trials are my love.

I just love the look of the street trackers you lads build over there like Pregrids and several others.

Hopefully mine will look simular but have a British look to it....,l

Many use the inverted forks

Racer Too modern looking,
plus I am riding her as a leisure bike Sunday afternoons to Matlock and Tuesday Nights Scarcliffe classic bike meet, and the local racing Cadwell Park Mallory Park and Donnington park.

The upside down forks can be a pain to set up if you get them off a model that is vastly differant to the XS650.

The standard forks with progressive springs are just as good as the upside downies,,,unless you are buying Ohlins and then you need a bank loan:laugh:

LOL Dave it is a Cockney Southern/London term of endearment that has made its way up to the north of these sceptered isles.

Comes from Chinese tea, for example when tea was expensive back in time you only gave your family and special friends a cup they used to keep it in a lockable tea caddie (container) apparently.

LOL,
Racer if we were in a ale house in certain parts of the UK

we would be out side the pub rolling about on the floor scratching each others eyes out.

I am from a family of Loyalists and some of my clan don't take kindly to remarks about the Queen on the other hand you being Colonists i suppose you can take the piss as much as you like :))

Just thinking the brake stay on a drum rear is much more visible because it is below the swingarm vs disc arm that is above the swingarm. Great place to make a individual touch. What type exhaust are yo planing on using?

She has a bit more of the build on her today,,bit cold in the garage but hey hoe you have to make sacrifices for the build
