Basically it's a motor in a rolling frame. Sort of a rolling "basket case".
Frame is unmolested. I have a title.
-no bars, controls, speedo
-no exhaust
-no airbox
-no seat
-no footpegs
-no coils
-no headlight
Tank and side cover are off and in rough but not terrible condition...
I've got some... paint is not great but no dents... probably need to get new quick latch hardware, Mike's XS has that.

I know in my industry we don't use Delrin because it cannot stand up to the heat (and possibly chemicals) in the sterilization process, but the Polypro does. A coworker made a derlin dental caddy once to find it melted glob after the autoclave test.
I think Delrin is good because it has a low...
What about Polypropylene? We machine it here were I work for medical instrument delivery cases (surgical trays) Screw caddies, instrument cases things like that.

So you basically just put an on/off toggle switch on the hot wire that runs to the pamco, is that right? That will effectively kill the bike, but power is still on the bike through the main key switch (lights still work). I've heard you should have a 7.5 amp fuse on this line to the pamco does...
Just a tip on removing the butterflys. I don't have any JIS bits but I found that using a #2 Pozidriv bit works excellent. (PZ2) Seems like every bit set I've ever bought comes with them and I never use them, but they worked really well on these screws. A dab of Kroil penetrating oil and good...
