Thanks for feedback. Haven't been able to reply earlier. Problem solved I think. Now it doesn't go higher than 14.5 at around 3000 rpm. Is it possible that the regulator sometimes for one second leaves higher V when revving up very quickly, but then quickly adjust the V down to 14.5 again? /M

Hi What is the max output voltage from the rectifier when revving the bike 3000 and above? If I understand it correctly it shouldn't output more than 14.5 V. Or? BTW, is the regulator and rectifier the same unit? My old battery was unexpectly drained, so I kickstarted the bike and went out...

So, I unmounted them and the rubber looks good. Except that it just maybe is one mm to small. I added a thin washer between the upper metal bolt stop section and the upper wide washer. I wanted to keep the broad pressure from the wider washer. That did it. I think that the rubber must have been...

You are probably right that they are beginning to wear out. I don't think, at this stage, there is any safety problem though, since it's barely noticable. As long it's tight mounted and the rubber is whole, I can't see the danger, just that the damping might not be as good if the rubber is...

I think I understand now. The stop is where I run out of threads. And by adding some washers, I will be able to tight then further forcing the rubber to expand more. Right? Thanks for the tip ☺

During my first ride this season I notices that the handlebar holder damper seemed a bit loose. I tried to tighten them, but it seems there is a stop. Does this mean that the damper rubber is worn out? Didn't notice this last year. From outside it looks like the original ones have been changed...

Haven't had time to test anything yet But I sure hope that's not what have happened to my bke. I have had clubman handlebars so far and only noticed it now when I switched to a standard bar. If the tube is bent, it must have been that since I bought. But if the tube is bent, should it not...

I noticed a peculiar thing with the bike today. When driving straight the handlebar does not seem exactly 90 degrees towards the bike. If you get what I mean. When having the handlebar exactly 90 degrees, the bike tend to turn slightly. How can this be? I thought that the forks lower part self...

And, it passed the mandatory every two year inspection. Big thumbs up for the brakes and for an overall well going bike.
