Are you doing your own welding? If so I woud just go with TC Bros weld on hardtail. I really liked the look of the Ardcore in the ads but unless you get in touch with him in person I wouldn't bother. My 2 cents.

DADDYG is right on the money. I am making a "jig" if you want to call it that out of 2X4 for my diy weldon Triumph hardtail build. I am going one step down and building mine off the garage concrete floor!
