ok so I have the schematics for the xz1b and all I see is one fuse in the works is this correct ?

Hi builder,
the late model XS650E was the first to have the 4-fuse block atop the battery.
Earlier models had a single fuse.

and i thought Yamaha in their earlier infinite wisdom thought not to add that to the schematics thanks guys just redoing a basket shit pile mix that someone unloaded on me but if you know me she is going to be pretty and fast, just like a Yami should be .

Actually, the 4 fuse "block" appeared on the '78 SE or Special model. The Standard model soldiered on with only the one main fuse.

Easy and better to split things up into 3-4 fuses if it ain't a restoration.

I was thinking that Gary you also on the rsc site as well, prolly wont to it to this bike since the next owners might want to take it all the way and I am thinking next time around I will update the fuses to the easier to attain flat blade style

Yeah guilty of being on the RSC site, the 03 is at Rock River Powersports for the tranny recall. Kinda nice, it gets the cylinders honed and new rings as part of that service.

Yeah my 99 had that recall I ended up buying a bunch of performance parts ( ported manifild, pipes , yet kit bak kit , and longshots along with a performance ecm and they installed it all for an extra 250 when they did the recall, i knew the tech and he said the motor was clean and in really good condition for a 99 with 34000kms on it
