Not reaching top speed

I think I see more spitback in the left carb. Could think of this as the right side exhaust has better geometries. Changing left exhaust length to match may be considered.

One test would be to disable spark on one side, then test ride on one cylinder.
Then, reverse the test, and compare...
 
My new hi dollar ($23.00 from amazon) timing light has a little arrow on the clamp for the plug wire. On the right side plug the arrow has to be pointing towards the plug side to work. On the left side it has to point towards the coil. Have never seen a timing light that the hall sensor was polarity sensitive. Just saying.

They mostly are but they didn't tell you LOL
 
Probably never noticed it before because this is the first time I've used one on a wasted spark system.

On a side note I guess the politicly correct crowd will be after us for discussing ignitions. Retarded, advanced, wasted. Now that the terms He, she, him and her have been made illegal in some places.
