    Fourth Starter Gear Seal?

    My 650C starter would not work. A mechanic has found a broken return spring in the Starter Motor Unit. I am able to source a new spring but the mechanic questions whether the Fourth Starter gear is supposed to have a seal fixed to it to keep the spring in place. I cannot identify this on photos...
