This came to me a dream...:laugh: Has anybody tried to mount an oil cooler down low, using the draw of the pump rather than the push? Seems like you could tap the sump plate like I've shown in the pic (leo, nicked your picture, hope thats ok..:thumbsup:) and then run the lines to the cooler...

Tax time is here and I was thinking about looking into some different carbs for the bike. Right now I have the stock Bs38's and they've been fine, no real complaints, I'm running Uni's as well. The only I will say is that anytime I crack the throttle open from idle, I get a breathy kind of gasp...

Need help diagnosing a stumble at high speed or maybe high rpm. It chugs and bogs at ~4500rpms, stalled on me a few times as well. Seems to die when down shifting and loading the engine but the stumble or miss, I can't tell the difference unfortunately, happens when I really lay on the throttle...

I riveted the new cam chain together before I installed the cam bearings....and no amount of lifting or prying has been able to get the cam high enough to slip on the second set of bearings..am I looking at having to order a new master link or does someone have the magic answer? I feel stupid. :doh:

Ditched the mechanical baffle in my mac 2 into 1's a little while ago - made a homebrew'd 1.5" straight through baffle with some metal lath but its not really holding up. I just found an aftermarket baffle that has a OD the same as the mac's but my only options are to go up to 1.75", 2.0" etc...
