Do you need to rebore the stock cylnders or is there enough room to use the 0.25 oversie on a stock cylnder bore?

Cuz without the rings on it the 0.25 piston slips right through the stock bore no problems

Yes, you should get an engineer to measure your bores BEFORE buying pistons. He will tell you what oversize is needed. The piston diameter should be between 0.050 & 0.055mm (0.002 & 0.022") smaller than the bore diameter!

With a stock bore being about 75.010, a .25 over piston being 75.25, it can't fit in a stock bore. I would get your bores measured. It may already be a .25 over.
Where did the .25 over pistons come from?
