16/21 inch wheel and tire questions

im in the works on my first build. i have a bird hardtail on my 83 special. 19 fron 16 rear. id like to run a 5.00 saftey milage on my stock 16 rear. will i have any issues with the tire fit??

ALSO, i have been looking for a 21 for the front end. i plan to run a front disc. any suggestions on a wheel that will be best for compatability?

The safety mileage should fit. The 5.00 Inch system tire is equivalent to a 130 metric. No help on the 21. Sorry. Someone will chime in on the 21.

Tron my front is a 74 spoke. i wanna ditch that shit. it would work out better that way though!
