On the hunt for 34mm replacement tubes for a 75' XS-B.
Mine are super rusted at the top.

Alternatively, I could rebuild the forks since the rust is only at the top, and find some fork covers/ shrouds.
So possibly also looking for someone that has the skills to fabricate some fork covers from 2-1/4 ID exhaust tube
Something similar to these:

Will need to ship to Australia, (NSW, 2500)

Cheers!

If the rust is above the lower triple, cover it with heat shrink tubing.
If the rust is below the lower triple, cover it with a fork gator.
Cost close to nothing.

I might have these original fork tubes; they may be for sale on that post i made last month.

Getting a set of tubes hard chromed is too expensive and I don't need a floor room finish. A local place in NSW quoted me $780. Fuck that.

Good thing, if you rechrome you'll need to grind them to size or they'll be too large. Fork tubes do not have "show chrome", or chrome for the sake of good looks, the tubes are chromed, which is a hard material then the tubes are ground to a precise diameter for the bearings within the lower or the machined fit within the lowers
