I'm afraid I don't have an extra but here's a list of the various models it was used on to help in your search. I scrounged the one I'm using off an XS500 .....
If you can find one that your current ignition key will fit into, you can "rekey" the lock so it works with it by changing the sliding plates or "wafers" inside it. To do this, find the 4 digit lock code number for your current ignition and gas cap locks, and look it up in the chart below. This will tell you what key blank number it uses. Then, just find a seat lock that uses the same blank .....
