A couple last minute problems

I finally got to get the last few pieces on my 79 bobber but I'm having a couple issues. I'm using the 12" apes and cables from TC Bros and now the clutch lever doesn't seem to want to return. Also while I was bolting on the head pipes I got from a fellow member they seem to fit a bit closer and seem close to the mounts for the forward controls (i had highway pegs with the same style mounting. Any suggestions before I grab a case of beer and fire up the torches ? LOL

Lol. Yeah Make sure the beer is cold and the Ol lady is out shoppin

Recheck the routing on that clutch cable. Probably has a tight turn in it. I'd also lube it up.
Have that fire extinguisher close.

OK I seem to have the clutch issue worked out. But are there different bends in pipes from year to year or might these headers be aftermarket ?
