anyone have a pic of advance unit there are two little washers and 2 circlips my question is do these washers go under arms or on top of arms under circlips also I broke one of the circlips is this available I cannot find a schematic that has part #s

Off hand, they go under the bob weights

anybody know the part # of circlip also there are 4 tiny o rings in my gasket kit don,t know where they go??
