Baffles for 1.5 inch inside diameter pipes

I have some custom straight through drag pipes on my XS with an inside diameter of 1.5 inch ( 44mm ). They need some baffles as they are raising the dead. All the slip in baffles are measured based on the O/D of the pipes, not the inside and I'm struggling to find any that will fit in my pipes.

I could get oversize and just cut out some material but I don't want these things rattling around in there.

Any suggestions or guidance is appreciated.

I have one but you won't like it. Mufflers. They make the bike quieter and easier to tune.

Thanks both. I'll look at the home made option.

@Leo - I'm considering this version 1.0 which is based how I want it to look. If living with it means I've got to consider sticking mufflers on it, then I'm open to that as well. Eventually
