Hey guys,
Anyone have an issue with the battery terminal getting hot?
My first suspicion is the negative terminal may have been in contact with the seat frame causing some resistance.
Not trying to roast the old chestnuts here. Bike runs fine when it gets a steady electrical signal otherwise.
Put in a new Duralast Gold ETX14L and has this event with no issue ever with my other batteries over the years.
Going to try a new battery this weekend (not the duralast ever again)
Could this just be an incompatible battery type or ohmage for the TX650?
Any help or feedback is appreciated.
