Blue wire off engine.

Kept blowing fuse trying to start motor. Found a blue wire in heatshrink that was blue. The harness come out of the motor on the chain side. I had grounded the wire accidently. It is the same color as the blue wires terminating to the odometer and speedometer. Any ideas? Cannot find in wiring diagram.

If its the wire on the top of the engine case just below the cam chain tensioner, it's the neutral light indicator wire.
