Metric allen wrenches seem like a good fit and standard a tad loose

I would assume Metric .They had an own standard DIN back in the day.
Never heard of German Machinery not having Metric ..system.
And they have been unwilling to change .Not least because of Some problems early 40 ies.
I Know of people being there trying to sell Excavator accessories with Inch parts
In a region massively hit by Bombing. Not a chance
But having said that. The US market can have special rules
But here in Europe No one have needed Other tools than metric for German Cars or Bikes
never heard otherwise

It was a long time ago that the US said we're going metric you damn right
I still have a tape measure that's a combo metric and standard
I don't know why they didn't do it I can divide by 10 easier than i can by 12
I would imagine no wanted to tool up
And now for something completely different
My favorite radio station went from Doobie Bros to Frank Zappa " Moving to Montana "
It's a crazy day in Mikeys world

I've pretty much driven the Yamaha 650s and for me there perfect
It'll be interesting to see if highway speeds a little easier than a Yamaha
One lunger liquid cooled WTF its worth a shot

Nice Mikey!! What year?

BMW uses metric hardware.

2001 ?
Im Still waiting on title transfer from Alaska
The gal i bought it never updated the title when she moved here

You’ll soon feel how well that Rotax Single with four valves, two carbs runs at any speed well .
👍
The roads are dry and i know the daytime cops so maybe a little insurance and its time to cruise a large parking lot to learn the bike in

Nov when i bought it
It seemed like the front end was super responsive
Im curious
