Breather Cover Assembly

The Breather Cover Assemble, we'd like to high temp, powder coat this unit.

Is there anything inside this unit that 600d's would harm ?

O.K. ? just what "IS" inside this unit that makes it work, or worth having on the bike then ? hahahaha

There's a tin baffle plate inside that breaks up and condenses the oil vapor. You should probably pull that out then re-install after powder coating the housing. Yes, you want to keep it as it is or too much oil vapor can blow out.

The tin then ? it's the one behind the metal screen ?

I got the screen out, no prob. That thin tin "H"mmmmmmmmm ? it won't break will it ?
I put a really small screw driver to test if it wanted to come out...but, it must really be in there Worried about breaking it for sure.

You took the breather cover off right?

That breather mod is best done on racers only. Do it to your street XS and it will blow too much oil vapor out.
