Hi Chris,
xs650direct ships out of Stratford. I have bought a bunch of parts and installed them with no trouble. Good pricing and fast delivery. Since I haven't finished up my bike and run it yet I can't comment on issues.
BTW - I'm just up the road in Cambridge.
