Calling all chopper jockeys!

First off I'll apologize in advance if this is already a thread. My search bar doesn't work on my tablet on this site.

Either way on to the point. I'm in the process of chopping my xs. I see a few ppl cutting put the top motor mounts. Now I know they are ugly. And my plan was to build something a little more easy on the eyes. But if that top mount doesn't make a HUGE difference then I probably won't waste the time.

In the end I know every mount is put there for a reason. But if I can still make an enjoyable ride with one less mount why not. Anyone with any experience please give me your opinion. Call me an idiot tell me how dumb I am I don't care. Thanks for the help guys

Awesome man thanks for all the links. I already cut out oem mount and support tube to the down tubes. Still on the fence about building a new mount. Either way I'll add a new support bar from the down tubes to the backbone. I'll post some pics with what I come up with. Thanks again mang
