Can anyone give me any details on this bike

Im looking to build a bobber similar to the stance and style of this bike. Ive been looking at pictures all over but alot of people dont have their mods listed. Wanting to know the stretch, possible rake and what kind of tank this is. My thoughts were 4" stretch, 35 degrees, and possibly a sportster tank. cant figure out the handle bars either. any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like 4 inch strech, repop peanut tank and a very slight rake maybe none...

That is Gordon Scott's first bike. He is a member but is currently on a ride away from his computer until the 27th. I think his build is on this site. Do some searching.
