Can someone show me how the chain guard bolts on?

I think I lost the bolts for it. I still have the crazy washer thing.

My manual doesn't show how it bolts up to the sprocket side of the swingarm. If someone would be kind enough to maybe take a picture or explain how it attaches it would be much appreciated.
 
A bolt screws down through at the front. On the rear a bolt goes through the "crazy washer" when tight the edge folds up against the bolt head to keep it tight.

There should be a nut welded to the re-enforcing plate on the back side of the chain guard. I am guessing you are missing the nut, welding one on would be a good idea. Yamaha was obviously worried about vibration working this bolt loose.
 
At the rear it bolts into the chain guard, the nut is part of the chain guard.
 
I guess my answer is redundant. Must have been writing as gggGary posted
