Canadian bike- engine code not in list

Hey everyone, I have a Canadian bike that the numbers on frame do not match engine. I know what year the frame is but the engine year has me stumped as none of the lists I have seen here on this site show a beginning code of 806-00xxxx
Anyone that can help me out I would appreciate it.

My best guess? the 3U6 note it's listed as a Canadian market bike.

That's Interesting. PO told me frame was a 74 and motor was a 72. I do have ownership which is under the frame number, but for parts it would be good to narrow down the engine year. Thanks alot.

On disassembly, engine year will be clear. count cam sprocket teeth. Rods are marked. wrist pin size different on the early motors. Does it have the compression release on the LH valve cover?
Valve covers; o-ring or gasket sealed? A pic of the engine breather, cam chain adjuster, other clues.
Dip stick; metal or black plastic cap?
