The washer is there but not the screw. The usual tricks (penetrating oil, tweaking, hammer impact driver) wouldn't budge the nasty rascal, had to resort to the drill press. The washer appeared to be a regular flat washer.
Okay then now that Jim seems to be all set I'll put my parts back in storage.
With any luck I will be able to remember where that is for the next person!
