Hi all
Just having issues with my 78 the clutch to be more precise.
Recently my clutch has not been disengaging so as soon as i gear select from neutral it stalls.
Took clutch casing off and found that the main nut holding basket on was loose as hell. Would this account for my stalling? I have also noticed that I only have the main nut and a washer that due to its kind of concave appearance i take it as the spring washer, is there one missing? i have checked most of the threads but can't track down a definitive answer, I am assuming from looking at different schematics i am missing a plain washer size (thickness) unknown.
With the spring washer do you install it with the concave side facing in so as the nut with have a pressure applied to it as to stop loosening?
thanks in advance

Sorry 650Skull just realised all that info I just asked for is in the pics dohhhhhhhhh

This is the only version where all the washers, thrust washer, is in the specs. Usually washer E, (bearing plate), is missing in the manuals......
