I am trying to tighten up my clutch spring screws and am having difficulties. Every time I turn the screw the whole basket starts to rotate. Is this normal?

They were probably fully tightened then. Didn't use a TQ wrench... gonna use one this time. The whole project started because two of my clutch spring screws came loose and were banging around inside the case! Actually left a small circular groove on the inside of the case.

Use a little blue locktite and a torque wrench. Those screws don't need much torque (7 ft/lbs I think?), you're probably getting enough on them.
