Wanted - Clutch worm assemble needed ...

I have a 79' standard that is in need of a clutch worm assembly, like the one in the pic. Mine is "organically welded" and I can not adjust the set screw. If anyone has this part please let me know what you'd like for it. I live in Norfolk, VA. 23518 (for shipping prices)
