Crank washer!?

Hi! How thick should be that washer between crank and ballbearing?

Just reassembled my block and get primary gear tight, and then i started to wonder why my crank is so tight to turn

And now i cant find that washer...

are the crank bearings located properly

Yes ! I just dont got that washer between crank and ballbearing, problem cant be in those roller bearings because they dont support any sideway movement, and if they were installed wrong cases wont close!
