Engine oil leaks out of head gasket replace

Alright guys I need some advice this is what I'm dealing with. My engine is completely pulled from the frame. I have a large amount of oil on both side of my engine by the middle gasket. My ? Is do I just bite the bullet and replace the gaskets or put it all together and torque it down. I've never torn into an engine I'm pretty good with this kinda stuff but just haven't ever gotten into an engine before.

A retorque might do it but hey, the engine is out. Why not go in there and replace as needed. Whole lot easier than doing it twice and you'll know your bike like the back of your hand when you're done.

Your choice, the valve seals are 30+ years old, the front cam guide is a recommended replacement item also.
