Fall is finally getting here. The 18th annual Ride for Victory(a charity ride) was today.
The day started gray and heavy, you could almost feel the moisture in the air.
Then a south wind came in and cleared the sky letting the sun warm the leathers.
Good ride. Grabbed a couple of shots for the thread.

Here are some from three or four years ago. I notice Trigger still had her back busting buckhorn bars. The first pic is a campsite at Blue Licks in Kentucky; the site of the Battle of Blue Licks, which pitted none other than Simon Girty of The Devil and Daniel Webster fame against none other than Daniel Boone. It is one of my favorite places in KY and the ride there from Lexington, past Bryan's Station, out Hwy 57 is just incredible in the fall. The second pic doesn't include the bike but was taken on a ride. It's Knox Co., KY near my home town and is a segment of the Wilderness Road, long occupied by a railroad track. I think it's a beautiful pic.

^ Was wondering if you were still breathing. Fall has been exceptionaly beautifull in the tri-state KOI area this year....80 degrees the last couple of days and I've had no chance to ride due to being 'on-call' this past week.....hoping to get out tomorrow, mebbe there'll be some color left......

The leaves are pretty much gone here in Pa. Perfect weather today and the bike ran great!

Labored breathing. Been too busy for internet.

It's like the arctic with jobs up here. And as I thought of it when it was warmer, like the Old West without the conveniences of the Old West.
