ok so im building my first bike, tearing it down and going to do alot of work to it as its apart, the list goes on

but what im looking a not is i bought a tc bros diy hardtail kit, i have it mocked up, leveled and mostly straight with the exception of the final tweaking before tacking the hard tail on.

is there anything i can do to make sure my bike is square and no rideability issues. ive read alot of threads on here and looked at pictures but if someone has a secret or tip i would be really interested in hearing them

pictures to come
thank you

either bolt the engine back in, or use a jig that would simulate a engine. move around a lot. think about your HAZ, and wich way a weld is going to pull your tubes around, and quickly counter the pull welding elsewere. I made my own hardtail, and jumped around a lot. corner to opposite corner, upper tube to lower. turned out straight enuf. tracks well.
