I think you are referring to the plug weights. I've never owned that early of a motor but have seen some posts about that weight.

So Jeflon - how's it going?

Got the frame, swing arm, triple tree, battery box, etc al powder coated black.
replaced the transmission with one i found on ebay for $50. Painted transmission black and rest of engine silver.
I am reassembling now with the new oil seals and gaskets. I just lapped the valves and am at the point of reassembling valve springs so I can put on the head.
Done a lot of misc polishing and cleaning of the wheels which are coming along.
I have been occupied the last 3 weeks, so its time to get back on it.

I am strongly considering a hydraulic clutch conversion.
