Could someone tell me what the distance is between these two points on the picture. Trying to put a rear section back onto my frame. Not sure where to cut. Thanks

Is it possible to still get the measurement I asked for to give me a starting point to get my head around everything?

I get about 200mm. That is very close using a tape measure.
