Fuel issue

Hi everyone, I just bought a '77 XS650 in the fall. I'm not getting fuel to one of the plugs and can't seem to figure out why. I've cleaned the carb and changed the fuel lines. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to working on bikes and don't have much knowledge.

Maybe you are not getting spark to one of the plugs.
Can you determine that? You can pull the spark plugs and actually look for spark if you hold the spark plug grounded on the head fin by the hole. Ignition on. Either use the electric start or push the kicker by hand.
Spark on both sides?

Open the drain on the bottom of the offending carburetor. If the bowl is full, I would suspect a spark problem is more likely. The motorcycle will still run with screwed up carburetors.

Thanks, I am getting spark at the plug, though the plugs aren't new. Should I change them both anyway?
