Have any of you installed a G&L Battery/Electric Box in a frame that has not been hardtailed? Does anyone know if it is compatible with the area normally occupied by the stock battery box? Lastly, does anyone have an image of one mounted in this area? Thanks in advance.

Never seen it done but anything is possible with a little motivation, creativity, cutoff wheel, grinder, and maybe a big hammer.
