Ok when my bike has sat for awhile or over night i see thatvits dripping gas out of the pod filter on the left side... when starting the bike up and lettingbit run or take it for a ride it will stop but will start dripping again later what can this be so i can get it fix i was thinking carb float but not sure need some help!

Try a manual petcock and running the carbs dry before you shut down.
The ones from Mikes worked well for me.

i swapped out my vacuum petcock for a manual one from mikesxs. i like it very much. makes it easy to take off the tank, just turn the fuel off and unplug the fuel line. with the old petcock i would have to use a fuel line crimp and unhook from the carb.
another thing to consider is your float needle might not be doing it's job. the rubber tip could be swelled up or didn't seat properly. that's probably where i'd start...
