is there a chance of buying new studs from the Yamaha dealer?
Or ask the list want ads about used ones.
Or buy a yard of metric fine thread alloy steel threaded rod from a fastener shop?

May I ask why you what those studs?
They are a tough thing to get out. I broke my stud puller trying.

Try Ebay, you might need to buy an engine case to get them.

The part number is 90116-10108-00. If you have a large dealership that participates in the parts locator they can have a look for NOS on someones shelf. Not all dealers participate or have access to the parts locator software so maybe some phone calls could locate some.
