Head Bolts

Whipped the head off to do the valves,,,found that the small diameter bolts by the spark plugs are missing,,,question is can I use standard high tensile bolts to replace them or are the bolts some funny stuff?

I don't know that there's anything extra-special about them... high-strength bolts and a washer between bolt head and cylinder head would probably work.

But I'm a musician, what do I know... ;-)

as long as they're the same diameter and thread pitch any bolt should work.. your call
