Help me get spark

I just rewired my charging system, but my bike wasn't starting before that either.

I have power at the lead terminals. But less than my battery. One is 11.59 volts and the other is 11.57. the battery is at 12.06 volts.

I'm using the mp08 Honda coil

I'm using NGK wires caps and spark plugs.

Please help me get spark

Nevermind I fivured it out. The wiring diagram for the TCI box says it has two red/white wires. In reality it has a red white and a white red. I had my pickup and common power mixed up .
