HELP with Crazy ass noise! VIDEO included

OK, I pulled off the stator and that pin that holds it in place is definitely missing. Also, one of the tabs that surrounds the stator is broken. I dont know if that happened because the stator shifted or if i broke it tightening it down.

All of this points to the rotor or stator shifting but there is no wear on either. no fresh metal or shavings or what have you.

i dont know what the crap is going on
