Here is my wiring setup....not charging and no power to brush..help!

Ok I have another thread out but wanted to start one with the way it's wired since I had someone els do the wiring. It's as so: 3 white from stator to 3 white to regulator....black from regulator to black going to stator....green at regulator to greyish going to stator...brown at regulator to switch....and red regulator to switch and to the positive battery.

Bike runs but overcharges. Something wired wrong?
