how to install ball bearings in triple

how in the hell do you install the ball bearings in the triple tree? everytime i try to install them they just fall on the ground ? there has to be a trick or i'm just retarded

Use a thick grease and stick them to the races... do the bottom first, once the stem is in place the top is much easier.
