How to PM

Hello,
I need to send a PM to a member and am not sure how to do it. Is there a guide someone can point me to?

Two different ways that I'm aware of....

Hover your mouse over the persons avatar and a pop-up pop up. click on "Start Conversation", type a name in and yer off to the races.
You can also click the "Envelope" icon and do the same.
