A good thread but does not mention how to recalibrate the speedo on the rebuild.............. Recalibrate Speedo

The 4" heat shrink thing is a good idea. I wish I had read about it before getting my speedo done. BTW - I'm the one that wrote the tutorial listed by jimed. If you have any questions, let me know. I'm not an expert but I'll try to help.
