Hub and wheel sand and polish

i wanted to share what iv been working on. I removed a front hub from a 19" that along with a Mikes XS spoke kit will become my 18 x 2.15 front wheel. I started by useing a stripper to get the olf clear coat off the hub and rim. i then wet sanded with 150,220,400,600 then steel wool. i stopped at harbor freight today and picked up a cheep 39 bucks cheep buffer and it seems to work well.

yes its looking good. now if I can find someone I can trust in my area to rebuild my motor id be happy

Nice work on the wheels! not easy to get those gutters shiny and smooth.

yeah tell me about it! I used the old 19 inch rim as my test piece before I started on the 18 inch.
